Wuhan Tiandi, Hankou District, Wuhan City, a famous shopping center for wealthy tourists and Chinese nationals. I could make a new video every year on the same place because it's constantly evolving into something new. The center is succeeding in attracting the wealthiest owners by consistently raising rental fees for shops located there, so the earliest adopters are already gone and a new series of venues has opened there. I miss the Thai restaurant, it had the best food in Wuhan but now it's gone, a victim of the relentless quest for the perfect shop combination by Tiandi's corporate owners. I ate at the Thai shop all the time. And my first Christmas was in a bar called Franz that has now become the Brotzeit, an awesome fully authentic German restaurant with the best weiner schnitze...
Wuhan has a reputation for tasty breakfasts. After eating a feast of street foods, I've proven that this reputation is warranted . I try the highly popular re gan mian or hot dry noodles. I stuff my face with san xiang dou pi or 3 flavor tofu skin. I crunch down on a mian wo. And so much more. When night falls, I head to the night market for more street food including some local specialties. Overall, it was an amazingly delicious day and it made me re-think Chinese breakfasts. ---/// ABOUT ME \\\--- I live in China and am constantly exploring and traveling the country and other parts of Asia. My trip to Wuhan. One thing that was really amazing in this trip was the Ship performance (知音号) It was indeed an eye opener. Why was it amazing? Cause the moment you step on board, you become a part of the performance. The ship is filled with actors all around each corner and spaces. You can walk freely, interact with them and have fun! If you want to know where you should go or have questions, comment down below! I'm trying to improve!

This was supposed to be a much longer trip, but got derailed on the account of huge technical difficulties with the camera, and the related loss of motivation. In any case, here it is. Enjoy. Part One is all about getting there, setting in, checking out the Yangtze River (Asia's longest), and getting some food into us after that hugely long train trip. ☑SUBSCRIBE ☑LIKE ☑SHARE ☐GET ON PLANE FOLLOW THE MONKEE! ✩ Blog/Website - http://www.monkeetime.com ✩ FaceBook - https://www.facebook.com/monkeetime ✩ Twitter - https://twitter.com/monkeetimevideo

Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province, China, and is the most populous city in Central China. It lies in the eastern Jianghan Plain at the intersection of the middle reaches of the Yangtze and Han rivers. Arising out of the conglomeration of three cities, Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang, it is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways, roads and expressways passing through the city and connecting to other major cities. Because of its key role in domestic transportation, Wuhan was sometimes referred to as "the Chicago of China" by foreign sources

This is the second part of our trip to Wuhan. The camera was failing miserably by then, and you'll notice a lot of glitchiness, but I decided to keep and edit the video, just for shits and giggles. Aside of the Wal-Mart, we checked out the Yellow Crane Pagoda, sampled various yumminess around the city, and in other ways entertained ourselves. ☑SUBSCRIBE ☑LIKE ☑SHARE ☐GET ON PLANE FOLLOW THE MONKEE! ✩ Blog/Website - http://www.monkeetime.com ✩ FaceBook - https://www.facebook.com/monkeetime ✩ Twitter - https://twitter.com/monkeetimevideo
